Previous blog on this film: Bryan Kirby has worked as dedicated and enthusiastic volunteer for the Get Growing Project since April 2011. He is an experienced local gardener and carpenter and has been a volunteer for Stroud Valleys Project since 2010. The Get Growing project run by the Stroud Valleys Project has nominated Bryan as a ‘Local Food Hero’.

Emily and Tamsin from SVP’s Get Growing project say: “Bryan is a local permaculture gardener, carpenter and community volunteer that currently supports Down to Earth and Stroud Valleys Project: “We’ve nominated him for his dedicated contribution to food growing and community gardening in Stroud District….. specifically building raised beds for children to grow food in 15 primary schools.
