A Big Ask? Can we see the Gloucestershire incinerator contract?

Glos Rapid Earth Action Network write: Gloucestershire County Council (GCC) have signed a contract with Urbaser Balfour Beatty (UBB) to build an incinerator in Gloucestershire. Despite massive opposition to a wasteful, polluting and outdated way to deal with resources that could be recycled, Eric Pickles decided that the incinerator should be built.
Now local campaigners are asking to see the contract between GCC and UBB. This video shows County Councillor Sarah Lunnon attempting to get a copy, and advertises a rally on March 11th at 2pm – when more campaigners will return for “The Big Ask”.
