Cotswold Canals: Natasha Houseago – sculptor at Wallbridge

26th November 2016 Wallbridge, Thames & Severn Canal – Sculptor Natasha Houseago completes a unique sculpture in oak, and children and families are invited to place small items into the sculpture and to seal them in using oak dowels. The 13 feet high timber, installed by volunteers, is set back from the lock side so as not to interfere with the safety of boat crews operating the lock. Natasha has been sponsored by Stroud Town Council, Stroud District Council and various local businesses to bring this “artistry in oak” to fruition. See more:
