A short film visiting one of the 40 edible gardens/allotments that were open over two weekends in July 2012. This is the second year of this Transition Stroud project to encourage, support and inspire more food growing. In this film Dominic Thomas touches on Permaculture, Forest Gardening, mushrooms, edible flowers and more. The garden, at Lean House, Chalford, is exceptionally steep with very narrow paths, making use of every available inch.

This film seeks to be as accurate as possible in the information given, we would, however, recommend people checking before eating plants recommended in this film.

Filmed and edited by Philip Booth.
