Super Healthy Wild Salmon Recipe-
Super simple and super quick everyday wild salmon salad recipe for nourishment.
Wild Red Salmon -I used Fish4ever canned salmon.This ingredient elevates the dish to a high note. You can get it in many places in UK.
I got all the ingredients for this recipe from http://ocado.com
Organic Wild Red Rice- 3/4 Cup
Organic Balsamic Vinegar -1/4 cup
Organic Olive Oil- 1/4 cup
Shallots -1 small (add more if you like)
Garlic- 3-4 numbers according to the taste
Salt & Pepper to taste.
Thyme -1 or 2 string
Organic Salad leaves or more herbs
Cook and cool the wild red rice.For cooking instruction follow the instruction on the label.I used pressure cooker to speed the process of cooking.
Balsamic salad dressing recipe……
In a mason jar add balsamic vinegar,olive oil,shallots,garlic,thyme,salt and pepper. mix and shake well.Leave about 10 minutes to infuse the flavours.
Now add the cooked and cooled rice in a bowl and mix well with the salad dressing according to the strength you like to have the dressing on the salad.
Now remove the wild red salmon from the can and debone it.
I like to use chunk bites.
Plate the rice and add salmon.Garnish with some salad leaves,olives and fresh tomatoes.
