    Having bought your smoked garlic and how you smoke it I can’t believe your garlic has started to grow and when fried with some fish never had a smoke taste could you have a word with your smokers about cutting the corners

    I am no expert but I think it is worth going back to The Smokery? Sprouting is a sign that the garlic is old….I understand normally should be eaten within 3 weeks….although it doesn’t mean it is in any way spoiled, but the older the clove, the less flavor it will have.

    I understand that cold smoking doesn’t cook the garlic or whatever you are smoking – the smoke impregnates….
