Matt Archibald, Stroud’s recorder of events writes: “Anthony Nanson introduces young poet, Robin Collins, who recites a poem about an oak tree, followed by one about bees, at The Imperial Hotel, Stroud, before introducing singer Alex West, who sings a ghost story, an old traditional tune: “She Moved through The Fair” Apologies for the lack of visuals on this video, I had accidentally plugged the external microphone into the wrong socket on the back of the camera which then rendered the screen opaque and so consequently I was guessing, (incorrectly) as to where to point the camera. I won’t be making that mistake again! Please, therefore appreciate it (or not) for the audio only.”
