Green Gov4Stroud District Councillor Simon Pickering talks about the Low Carbon Homes Pilot Loan Scheme which was agreed by Full Council on 25th April 2013; loans that are better than the Green Deal to improve energy efficiency and sustainable energy measures to private households in Stroud District.
