Cotswold Canals – Voices of Volunteers April 2017
Posted on 18. Apr, 2017 by Philip in Environment & Nature, Featured
Volunteers working on various projects at the Cotswold Canals Trust “Western” maintenance depot, and at Bond’s Mill, a third visitor centre was opened which has already attracted much local interest over the Easter weekend 2017. Probably the most unique visitor centre on the inland waterways, and with a wealth of information and images on display, visiting locals have already provided additional “layers” of history and family memories of those who worked at the wartime “Shadow” factory.
