Hilfow writes:”David returns once again to the topical subject of planning and problems caused by the NPPF. The incinerator fudge by Eric Pickles, the Baxters Field and Mankley Field enquiries and the passions aroused by them show just why planning is a very big issue in the valleys and vale. Local, democratically elected councils are having their planning policies savaged by predatory developers following the Tory ” presumption to build” that is being reinforced at appeal after appeal, court case after court case. Time to sort out this unholy mess, something the Man of Westminster refuses to engage in”. Filmed 15th Sept 2014.
