Mandy Pellatt made this film – see full story at Stroud People. She writes: “Flo the stolen border collie pup has been found safe and well and has been reunited with her big sister Efa and owners James and Lucy Bent at their home in Burleigh, Stroud. The border collies were inside the couple’s Landrover Discovery when it was stolen from outside a house in Cranham last Wednesday. James, a landscape gardener, was working at the property when the vehicle was taken.”
