Congrats to GDA – especially the Stroud lot! On Friday 19th May, seventeen GDA supporters set off for Glasgow ready to start their epic Three Peak Challenge. The challenge threw wind, rain and snow at them and pushed them to their limits but that didn’t stop them finishing their challenge with smiles on their faces.

Together, the team, has raised a staggering £12,600 for GDA, making this GDA’s biggest ever fundraising event. The money that they have so tirelessly raised will help fund a wide range of life-changing services for people living in Gloucestershire who are born Deaf and are British Sign Language (BSL) users, and those who have become deaf through illness or age.

Thank you to each and every one of our heroic Three Peak team, and to everyone who has got behind the challenge and supported them.

If you’re inspired by our team’s efforts and want to do something yourself to help Deaf people in Gloucestershire, get in touch on 01452 372999 or email to find out how you can make a difference.
