This is the first part of a two part film made at a meeting in Randwick Village Hall on 3rd December 2012. Gerald Hartley from GlosVAIN gave a presentation to nearly 70 people about why an incinerator is wrong for Gloucestershire. This film is the highlights and looks at the history – apols if there is a loss of meaning or understanding in the editing.
