This film has some clips of an afternoon set at The LockKeepers by the amazing Katey Brooks – described by Venue magazine as ‘a voice to melt glaciers’, while Choice magazine writes ‘Katey’s rich, sonorous voice is strongly reminiscent of the great June Tabor.’

This event on 28th April 2013 was part of a series of music events every last Sunday of the month at The LockKeeper’s Cafe/Bar in Wallbridge, Stroud. They are organised by Benita Johnson of Milk. Voluntary donation collection. To find out more go to her Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/Benita.Johnson.Music

Update: Sept 2013 – venue of regular music has changed to occasionally at Black Book Cafe but do check before hand – see old film at:
