Stroud’s Nimue Brown writes: Beltain 2016 saw the Pagan Federation Disabilities Team run an online festival. The idea was to be inclusive, and make an event for people who can’t get to events easily. Some of the talks were given live. At time of recording, I was struggling with concentration as a general issue and didn’t feel equal to doing something live. Normally I make my videos when I’m feeling at my best and most focused. I chose to make this one when I was struggling. It’s about meditating when your mind isn’t equal to the usual approaches.
