A Stroud Against the Cuts film: From 31st October to November 4th 2014 the Fire Brigades Union (FBU) took strike action as part of a long-running dispute with the Coalition government over detrimental changes to their pensions. Here Rosie Tully, FBU branch rep at the Stroud fire and rescue station and FBU Brigade Organiser for Gloucestershire explains why she took part in strike action, and comments on how public support for the strike aids the morale of members of the union.
